Get Set Up with SportsWareOnLine
Fairmont Prep uses SportsWareOnLine to collect important information for all student-athletes. This system helps manage health records and appointment scheduling — all in one place.
Before you can log in, you’ll need to request to join. Follow the steps below to create your account.
How to Create Your SportsWare Account

Go to: www.swol123.net

Click: “Join SportsWare” in the Athlete/Parent section

Enter School ID:
2200(Fairmont Prep’s ID), then click Next -
Fill Out Your Info:

Use your Fairmont school email if you have one

Make sure everything is correct so the trainer can match your records

Select Your Group: Choose your school from the dropdown list

Double Check Everything, then click Finish
✅ You’re almost done! Now just wait for your account to be approved.
After Approval
Once approved by the athletic trainer, you’ll receive an email to set up your password and officially log in.
From there, you can manage your profile, submit forms, and book athletic training appointments.
