Pre-Participation Examination
All student-athletes must complete an athletic physical prior to participating on a team. The athletic physical must be completed by a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP). All required documents must be completed and uploaded to SchoolDocs. Families can easily access SchoolDocs through their Blackbaud accounts by navigating to the resources tab. It is essential to complete these steps in a timely manner to ensure eligibility for participation.

CIF Concussion Protocol
The CIF concussion protocol is designed to prioritize the health and safety of student-athletes by establishing guidelines for the identification, management, and return-to-play process for those suspected of having a concussion. Under this protocol, any athlete exhibiting signs of a concussion must be removed from play and evaluated by a medical professional before being cleared to return.
